Reentry & Reintegration Programs

Overview

Reentry is the moment someone returns home, or at least back to a community.

Reintegration is the long work of rebuilding stability, relationships, and belonging — and it’s where many people struggle. Harm to Healing Collaborative supports reintegration through restorative programs that strengthen accountability, communication, and healthy relationships so people can come home with practical tools, not just expectations.

We focus on what often gets missed: unresolved harm, family strain, and the day-to-day pressures that can lead to conflict, isolation, or setbacks — especially under parole and other system barriers. By supporting skill-building, repair, and connection, our reentry and reintegration work strengthens safer transitions, healthier families, and more stable communities over time.

We partner with reentry providers and justice-system leaders to deliver a variety of programs, training, and practical support that complements and fills gaps in existing reentry services.
