Community Justice Services
HARM TO HEALING COLLABORATIVE
Overview
Harm to Healing Collaborative brings restorative approaches into real-world community challenges. We help communities and organizations respond to conflict and harm through restorative justice — centering accountability, repair, healing, dignity, and reintegration rather than punishment and exclusion. Our Community Justice Services offer a flexible mix of facilitated dialogues, community circles, training, and practical implementation support that can be tailored to fit almost any setting or need — from neighborhood tension to deeper repair work.
Community Circles
We facilitate restorative circles that build trust, strengthen communication, and support shared accountability — helping groups address tension, repair harm, and clarify expectations together.
Restorative Dialogues
We facilitate structured restorative dialogues that help people address harm and conflict directly, understand impact, take accountability, and agree on concrete steps for repair and moving forward.
Restorative HR in the Workplace
We help teams address workplace conflict and harm through facilitated restorative processes that strengthen accountability, rebuild trust, and improve communication and culture — alongside necessary HR policies and compliance.
Restorative Justice in Housing
We partner with affordable and supportive housing providers to equip teams with restorative dialogue, training, and practical implementation support that helps resolve conflict earlier, strengthen community wellbeing, support rent stability, and reduce avoidable evictions.
Education &
Train-the-Trainer
We provide restorative training and train-the-trainer support that builds internal leaders, equips teams with practical conflict-response tools, and helps organizations embed restorative practice over time.
