What We Do
HARM TO HEALING COLLABORATIVE
Overview
Harm to Healing Collaborative advances restorative responses to harm that prioritize accountability, repair, healing, dignity, and reintegration. We deliver facilitated dialogue, training, and structured programs in both community and justice-system settings — always guided by careful fit, strong preparation, and real follow-through.
Our work is organized in two focus areas. Choose the path that fits your context:
Community Justice Services
Restorative support for communities and organizations.
We bring restorative approaches into real-world community challenges through facilitated dialogues and circles, training and train-the-trainer support, and practical implementation help tailored to your setting — from everyday conflict to deeper repair work for individuals, communities, and organizations.
Justice-System Programs
Restorative programs in justice-system settings.
We work alongside justice-system partners and community providers to support victim-centered, accountability-driven pathways beyond punishment alone — including diversion, in-custody programs at the San Quentin Rehabilitation Center (SQRC), and reentry and reintegration programs that strengthen safer transitions home.
